Community Supported Agriculture
Community supported agriculture (CSA) is a way to partner with your local farmer to get regular fresh food for your kitchen. You pay for a season's worth of food up front, then receive a bag of fresh produce every week (or every other week). Peak City Gardens is part of a CSA here in the Springs called Pikes Peak Family Farms. You choose from the offerings of three farms and two local food companies, indicating each week what you would like in your bag of local food.
