Microgreen Update
We are now growing four different kinds of microgreens: arugula, daikon radish, red amaranth, and kale. We deliver them in bulk or in 1 oz clamshell containers. We are planting just a little more than our regular microgreen customers need, so if you are interested in more than one or two ounces, please contact us. It takes about 11 days from planting to harvest, so we can ramp up production quite quickly.

Did You Know?
Microgreens began showing up on chefs' menus as early as the 1980s, in San Francisco, California. (source).
