Microgreens

Peak City Gardens, LLC Logo

Microgreens
We've decided to continue growing microgreens.  This portion of the business is small enough in size to grow them in our garage, but large enough in volume to be worth the time and effort.  As before, we'll deliver them to your business or home anywhere in the Colorado Springs area.

For Sale
We still have equipment for sale.  If you have any interest in growing food here in Colorado Springs, give us a call.

For Sale
Yes, folks, it has been great fun, but we've run out of runway.  We're not yet making money at this and my family needs me to be bringing in a regular paycheck soon.  So I'm offering my equipment and/or business for sale.  I've posted descriptions on Craigslist at the links below.  If you have interest in growing local food here in Colorado Springs, please let me know and we can talk about how to pass along this project to you.

Microgreen Update

Microgreen Update
We are now growing four different kinds of microgreens: arugula, daikon radish, red amaranth, and kale.  We deliver them in bulk or in 1 oz clamshell containers.  We are planting just a little more than our regular microgreen customers need, so if you are interested in more than one or two ounces, please contact us.  It takes about 11 days from planting to harvest, so we can ramp up production quite quickly.
